We offer digital services, and most of our deliveries start shortly after your order is confirmed. Because of this, we don’t offer refunds in every case — but we’ll always try to be fair.

  • Your service hasn’t started within 7 working days after payment.

  • There’s a clear technical issue on our side.

  • You cancel the service before it begins.

🔴 Refunds won’t be possible if:

  • The service has already started or been fully/partially delivered.

  • You provided wrong or incomplete details during checkout.

  • Instagram’s algorithm or third-party changes affect the result (this is out of our control).

  • The service didn’t match your expectations, but was delivered as described.

📩 How to request a refund:

Email us at growinstant0@gmail.com within 3 days of placing your order.
Make sure to include:

  • Your Order ID

  • Your Instagram username

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll review your request and respond within 2–4 business days.

⚠️ Chargeback Policy

We always recommend reaching out to us first before raising a dispute or chargeback through your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly if you just contact us.

If you file a chargeback without contacting us:

  • Your account may be blocked from future services.

  • We’ll submit proof of delivery, communication, and platform logs to dispute it.

  • Repeated misuse may result in a blacklist on our platform.

We use secure payment gateways and keep transaction records to protect both sides.
